“The Councils Investment Prospectus outlines our physical regeneration ambition for Middlesbrough and TS1 and the commercial district of Middlesbrough form a key part of our plans to deliver that ambition.

“Facilities like Commerce House are important to that regeneration and the resurgence of our city. The progress being made on the building is amazing and my colleagues and I regularly use it for our off site council meetings. The boardroom offers an area that is quiet and professional, luxurious and motivating – this all contributes to us being able to work better. The friendly team at Commerce House always make sure all of our requirements are met, providing refreshments and lunch so we can work right through the day. I, for one, am keen to see the building finished and filled with thriving companies – Commerce House is a beacon to the rest of the renovation of the area!”
