The building is a great environment to work from, the exterior is one of Middlesbrough’s most beautiful buildings, and the inside is fitted to an amazing standard. It feels like you’re in a luxury hotel rather than an office. The local imagery like the transporter, and ICI are a lovely nod to the region’s heritage.

For us it’s a great hub to drop in and out of, with a central location, as well as being comfortable enough to base ourselves for a full day depending on our diaries.

We love being here and are proud to be the first tenants, and first ones to hire the stunning boardroom.
