David Redhead of the Commerce Chamber’s Team Tells Us the Next Steps in the Exciting Development At Commerce House in Middlesbrough:

“It is exciting times at Commerce House. The transformation is now coming along in leaps and bounds and we expect to be completed in under five months. 

"You will have seen that our first phase is finished and office space is now in use, along with the Chairman’s Room, which is available to book by the day or the hour. 

“We are now working hard on the other floors on that same side of the building. Following that we will do the reception, which is going to be a real show stopper, ideal for first impressions for new or potential clients.

“We are also renovating the eye catching green dome of the building into a two bedroom apartment, ideal for short or long stays for business people visiting the city. Take at look at the images on our Commerce Suites page on this website. Finally we will strip out and renovate the opposite side of the building and our intension is that by the end of the year, all units/offices and meeting rooms are in full use, completing our vision of Commerce House being Middlesbrough’s leading business community."
